| Abstract: | We can best begin by providing a description of MULS (Minnesota Union List of Serials) in order to give an idea of its structure and to explain the interest of other organizations in using the data base for their projects. We will then attempt to describe the four types of negotiations in which it has become involved, and conclude with a few observations. |
