Title: The dream chasers

Abstract: This project focuses on students who fulfill their childhood dream of becoming involved in aviation and looks at the Institute of Aviation and the aviation fraternity called Alpha Eta Rho. On the basis of interviews, participant observation, and internet research, the author provides detailed ethnographic descriptions and finds that the students enjoy their lives, but are also firmly determined to accomplish their goals.
