Grievances Collective bargaining |
| Abstract: | In preparing this discussion on grievances I have made two assumptions. First, I assume that an established collective bargaining relationship exists. I am not suggesting that this relationship is necessarily desirable, but the assumption is important. When grievances arise in an unorganized situation, their disposition is different than handled under collective bargaining. In addition, statutorily or organizationally established grievance procedures may be different from those established through collective bargaining. |
