Modify the makefiles appropriately for the desired platform and compilers. Use the "build.csh" script to build the provided libraries. All programs can be run as a batch using the "run.csh" script once all libraries are available on the target platform. The trajectory programs require LAPACK and BLAS library routines and must be provided on the system. Modify the makefiles to link the libraries properly. The Burlirsch-Stoer integrator is not provided in this package, it must be licensed from Numerical Recipes (http://www.nr.com). The makefiles currently expect a "libnr.a" library that contains the Burlirsch-Stoer routines.
