Policy Spotlight

The Policy Spotlight series grew out of the work of Institute of Government and Public Affairs’ Task Force on the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Policy Spotlights lay out the landscape of an issue, identify salient policy problems or challenges and analyzes the pros and cons of various policy options. The goal of spotlights is to offer policymakers viable options that they can use to improve a situation.
