Title:Investigation of railroad rails and joint bars progress report

Abstract:Since October 1, 1954 reports have been prepared on 20 failed control cooled rails. These reports are sent to the railroad engineers supplying the rails and copies have been sent the railmills and the director of research of A.A.R. for the association's rail failure statistics.
