Abstract: The Twenty-Second Annual Clinic on Library Applications of Data Processing focused on the human aspects of library automation: helping staff and patrons cope. The topic is of considerable importance, as more libraries and more librarians face the prospect of automating or reautomating library functions. The meeting was held 14-16 April 1985 on the University of Illinois campus.
