Author(s):Johnson, Ralph E.
Subject(s):Human-computer interaction
User interfaces (Computer systems)
Abstract:A computer system's user interface has a big impact on its acceptability and usefulness. This paper outlines the principles of good user interface design and discusses how to tell whether they are being followed or not.
