Title:The Stories We Carry
Author(s):Philbin, Kerry
Subject(s):ENGL 274
social spaces
Abstract:This project explores different student experiences at college. The author seeks to answer the following questions: What kinds of stories did students hear about the college they attended? Were there any outside influences that affected student perceptions about college (such as books, movies, or stories from parents)? Based on individual surveys and interviews of students on campus, this study concludes that the experiences and memories of college come down to what people make of them.
