Abstract: The Illinois Newspaper Project (INP), based at the University of Illinois, has made significant contributions to the citizens of Illinois through its work in identifying, cataloguing, microfilming, and digitizing Illinois newspapers. This presentation, originally for the 2008 Reaching Forward South Annual Conference for Illinois library staff, details the past, present, and future work of the INP.
