Title: Organizational Entry: Human Resources Selection and Adaptation in Response to a Complex Labor Pool
Author(s): Heim, Kathleen M.
Subject(s): Library personnel management
Abstract: Entry-level recruitment to library organizations is discussed in light of the complex labor pool.
