Abstract: | This study investigates how groups function when putting together a project. The authors examine various aspects of group dynamics as they relate to their own group work. For this purpose, they conducted eight interviews with each other. The project further includes an evaluation of the university involvement in the community and the Institutional Review Board procedures. |
