Abstract: | This project examines graduate student group dynamics during the implementation and evaluation of a physical exercise program at a church in the local community. For this purpose, the authors conducted six interviews with each other. The study discusses difficulties associated with the IRB application process, the position of administrators with regard to community outreach, and potential obstacles for cooperation in a group of independent and diverse graduate students. |
