Description

Title:PEcAn: The Predictive Ecosystem Analyzer. Version 1.1
Author(s):LeBauer, David; Wang, D.; Ritcher, K.T.; Davidson, C.D.; Dietze, Michael C.
Subject(s):Software
Ecosystem demography model
Abstract:The PEcAn version 1.1 source code includes an R package with functions and R scripts used to run the PEcAn workflow. The PEcAn 1.1 Virtual Machine can reproduce all of the computational steps used in the manuscriptFacilitating feedbacks between field measurements and ecosystem models (LeBauer et al in press). These files are provided here as an archived reference and accessibility.
The version of PEcAn that is provided here was referenced in "DS LeBauer, D Wang, KT Richter, CD Davidson, and MC Dietze. 2012. Facilitating feedbacks between field measurements and ecosystem models. Ecological Monographs, in press". For further research, we recommend using the latest stable version available at http://www.pecanproject.org/ or at http://isda.ncsa.illinois.edu/download/index.php?project=PEcAn&sort=category.
