Title:Dynamic Biomolecular Detection Using Photodiode Devices

Abstract:The ultimate goal of this experiment is to detect pH values of solution by using a photodiode. To achieve this purpose, we need to measure characteristic parameters of the photodiode and build I-V characteristic graphs corresponding to different pH values. This project will let us know how the I-V characteristic curves differ with various pH values, and that will be a part of detections of biomolecular reactions. In addition, we will create particular devices that will be used to detect a variety of characteristic parameters of a photodiode. Moreover, we will discuss how and why the photodiode behaves in such a manner.
