Abstract:Throughout November 2010, grant partners organized focus group meetings that were held in five, Alabama locations: Montgomery, Evergreen, Mobile, Moundville, and Evergreen. All together the focus group participants represented fifty-two Alabama organizations. Their observations became the basis for a facilitated, strategic planning meeting where participants developed a collections care plan for our state.
