Abstract:Winkler attended Sangamon State University between 1977 and 1981 to obtain a master’s degree in Gerontology. She took classes with Professors Gari Lesnoff-Caravaglia, Jeff Chesky, and Harry Berman. Winkler was a member of the Gerontology Club and Sigma Phi Omega, and enjoys her memebership in the UIS Alumni society. Interview by Janice Spears, 2008. 46 min., 12 pp.
