Abstract:Dissolved oxygen and resistance in water are two important indicators in environmental monitoring. Overabundance or shortage in dissolved oxygen can cause serious problems in aqueous systems. The Mobosens program enables people to evaluate the water quality and upload data easily through our sensor sets and smart phones. As part of Mobosens program, we fabricated the dissolved oxygen sensor and water conductivity sensor by traditional microfabrication technique. We tested them and obtained some promising results. Our goal is to make these sensors cheaper, smarter, and more user-friendly.
