Title:1989 Quality Assurance Report, NADP/NTN Deposition Monitoring: Laboratory Operations, Central Analytical Laboratory, January 1989 through December 1989
Author(s):James, Kenni O.W.
Subject(s):quality assurance
Central Analytical Laboratory
Abstract:Because wet deposition samples are characterized by very low concentrations of dissolved chemical constituents, quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) at the Central Analytical Laboratory (CAL) have been strongly emphasized. Past Quality Assurance Reports for the CAL of the National Atmospheric Deposition Program (NADP)/National Trends Network (NTN), since the inception of the NADP network in 1978, have described the evolution of the quality assurance program which is now in place (1,2,3,4,5,6).
