Subject(s): | Color Staining |
Abstract: | These images show how different color stains and a microscope allows the naked eye to observe the culture human cells. I used primary and secondary antibodies, markers to stain the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and plasma membrane, GFP to stain the proteins, and DAPI to stain the nucleus. In this immunocy to chemistry research, I found the localization of mutant Transient Receptor Potential Channel 8 (TRPM8) S850G and the wild type. At the end of the research, it turns out that both the wild type TRPM8 and mutant S850G localize in the plasma membrane and ER.
