Abstract: | An investigation of mold and moisture conditions was conducted on January 25 - 26, 2005, by Paul Francisco of the Building Research Council at the University of Illinois and Robert Nemeth of Magna Systems Inc. Two members of the Poarch Band of Creek Indian Housing Authority (PBCIHA) staff escorted the assessment team to fourteen homes for inspection. This is a summary report of activities and issues identified while on site. A detailed analysis of the findings and recommendations is found in the attached report, titled: Poarch Band of Creed Indians Housing Authority Technical Housing Assessment Report: Examining Mold and Moisture Conditions of HUD Homes on the Poarch Band of Creek Indian Reservation. |
