Abstract:AQIP stimulated a sense of cohesiveness and teamwork. It helped people see how they fit into the big picture, understand colleagues' needs, appreciate the use of data in decision-making, and feel valued by the institution. The results of this study suggest that AQIP activities contribute to organizational learning and foster cultural change at the participating institution.
