The findings further suggest that (a) training in S-BM/SDM processes impact implementation, (b) teachers experiencing influence in decision making impact implementation and perceptions of school climate, (c) there is a positive relationship between implementation, school climate, and student climate and student achievement, and (d) there is a positive relationship between school climate, teacher characteristics, and student achievement. The implication from these findings are important for further research in the design and implementation of future educational reforms to promote school change.
