Abstract: | The purpose of this study was to determine the degree to which children with Part C IFSPs are served by Early Head Start programs (funded in Wave 1 and 2). In addition, the settings that Wave 1 and Wave 2 Early Head Start programs use to serve infants and toddlers were examined. Finally, this study explored the types of collaboration that were reported to occur between Early Head Start and early intervention providers to determine what supports and barriers to collaboration exist when Early Head Start programs attempt to serve infants and toddlers with disabilities. |
