Abstract:Via the analysis of the main hypothesis, little evidence was found that the quality of mentoring moderates the relationship between sexual harassment and women's outcomes. All tests of the supporting hypotheses provided evidence as to why this was the case. In all cases, this study uncovered no evidence that the quality of mentoring moderated the relationship between sexual harassment and any of the female victim's negative outcomes. However, this study was the first of its kind, poses new theoretical questions, and can serve as a cornerstone for future research.
