|Abstract:||Inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers were used for detection of polymorphism among in vitro kava cultures. An absence of normally observed bands was observed among organogenic callus cultures, while a small degree of ISSR polymorphism was detected among regenerated plantlets.|
