Abstract:Molecular marker analysis indicated that SSR markers, Satt431 and Satt244, were linked to brown stem rot resistance genes Rbs1 and Rbs2, respectively. Data also indicated that Rbs1 and Rbs2 are linked within twenty centimorgans and map to a cluster of genes on Molecular Linkage Group J of soybean involved in pathogen and microbe interactions.
