Napping is explored in terms of different cultures around the world, and the health risks and benefits are discussed, as are different sleeping positions and other elements of napping, such as ambient light and sound. Several concepts are examined for creating private space in the workplace, with a final design explored in greater detail, followed by additional testing and further research needed to complete a final product design.
