The study examined the outcomes of N=2,110 eligible students (n=1,890 non-TRIO; n=220 TRIO) over nine years from the 2012-2020 academic years. The study applied the theoretical lens of Open Systems theory. The Chi-square test was utilized for the categorical variables to determine significance. The study found that TRIO Student Support Services positively affects educational outcomes for FGLI students, especially in grade point average, graduation rates, and fall-to-fall retention.
