<dc:description>Participants who conducted results-focused evaluations (n=13) identified four major problems: inadequate evaluation skills, customer reluctance to participate, labor intensive, and problems tracking trainees. However, these problems did not prevent participants from conducting results-focused evaluations, whose findings were used instrumentally, conceptually and symbolically. Recommendations for further research include expanding the sample size, exploring the planning process, and investigating barriers to conducting results-focused evaluations. Practitioners should familiarize themselves with evaluation methods and use existing resources to simplify the process of conducting results-focused evaluations.</dc:description>
