          <dc:description>Results of the study showed that the schools researched exhibited only some of the eight indicators to a high level. The teachers at both schools perceive they have quality leaders in place who can successfully guide them into the future. Both schools were making attempts to be collaborative, yet they had not yet created a true culture of collaboration. It was found that Fieldsville teachers and administrators had created an organized and effective school change and improvement process. However, Riverbend had just entered the beginning stages of creating an effective process.</dc:description>
