(2) The Urban Education Partnership Grant initiatives were implemented according to established guidelines. (3) The Urban Education Partnership Grant initiatives had a positive impact on instructional and classroom management skills, staff relations and attitudes, students' reading grades, skills and enjoyment, homework completion and return rates, student achievement, attendance, and self-esteem, and parental involvement.
