          <dc:description>In addition to demonstrating and unpacking the nature of the relationship between experience and dynamic decision-making effectiveness, my findings also account for a range of potential downsides to experience. In particular, I find that, in some instances, experience may lead individuals to become overconfident, ossified in their trial strategies, or burned out. At the same time, I show that there are precautions that professionals may undertake to avoid these risks.</dc:description>
