Bryan Shelburne, Jr. inherited in 1990 was constituted essentially as it is today, and only minor changes were made to the unit's structure. In 1997, however, 10 Master Sergeant (E8) positions were cut. Under Shelburne, the band performed internationally in Turkey, Sweden, Norway, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, Nova Scotia, and Scotland.
