<dc:description>The goal of this study is to present the reader with pertinent information regarding the compositional style of Ruth Watson Henderson, a vital and successful contemporary composer. Choral conductors seeking fresh, vibrant and innovative works to expand their choirs' repertoire and musical experience, would do well to consider Henderson's music. More specifically, since she is a Canadian, it is hoped that Canadian choral conductors will become more aware of this national treasure through this singular study of Ruth Watson Henderson.</dc:description>
