Our main objects of study are the C*-algebras with OL equal to 1. In particular we construct new relationships between C*-algebras with OL equal to 1 and strong NF algebras. We also show the absence of equivalence between C*-algebras with OL equal to 1 and nuclear quasidiagonal C*-algebras.
