Abstract
Statewide models are becoming increasingly common as states struggle with complex transportation issues that must be studied from a system perspective. This capstone project will focus on documenting the process and developing a manual for best practices (TAZ boundaries, data aggregation and segregation, establishing uniform framework and methodology) focusing primarily on TAZ and Network Development in the context of Statewide Travel Demand Model.
