Abstract
The focus of this project is to assist the City of Clinton in their process of creating new campgrounds to add into their current revitalization efforts. As of now the Parks and Recreation department has been examining the viability of two different parks it could build the primative camping grounds: Eagle Point Park and Emma Young Park. The goal for this capstone is to assist the Clinton Parks and Recreation department in their efforts to properly place these campgrounds and determine the conditions of the final project.
