Abstract
The thesis is composed of three main topics involving research in condensed matter physics, high energy physics and quantum information science. The first component is the development of neural network quantum states for studying ground states and real time dynamics for condensed matter and high energy physics. Relevant work is presented in Chapter 2, 3, 4, 5. The second component is the development of a probabilistic formulation of quantum mechanics for the simulation of quantum circuit and open quantum system. Relevant work is presented in Chapter 6, 7. The third component is the development of quantum information science, which includes quantum dynamics, quantum simulation, quantum control and quantum measurement. Relevant work is presented in Chapter 8, 9, 10, 11.
