Abstract

In this bibliography we present a list of publications that were enabled at least in part via use of resources made available and allocated to researchers via the Covid-19 HPC Consortium during its period of operation from start of operations through the end of the consortium activities. (The opportunity to request resources was ended May 1 2022, and existing allocations continued being valued for the time period specified in the initial allocation.) Information on publications listed was solicited from researchers in the creation of technical reports and published papers about C19HPCC and XSEDE. There is definitely sampling bias in that there were extensive efforts to generate responses from researchers who had allocations via C19HPCC and made use of XSEDE for research that seemed relevant to NPIs, evolutionary genetics of COVID-19, and epidemiology.
