Abstract
Yunnan Pu'er tea making technology is a major part of China's national intangible cultural heritage. At present, there is a lack of digital research on the production technology involved in making Pu'er tea. Through literature research and field investigation, this study collected relevant and empirical data, which were then sorted to present the complete production process of Pu'er tea and create the metadata standard set of Pu'er tea making skills. These research results will upgrade the intangible cultural heritage information management system, break through traditional display modes, and innovate cultural communication modes.
