Abstract

This project seeks to critically assess the current state of housing in New Orleans in relation to the HousingNOLA 10-Year Strategy and Implementation Plan (adopted in 2015) objectives. This project will consider recent housing trends, economic conditions, and pandemic-induced challenges. The primary aim is to identify and propose updated policy solutions to address these evolving issues.
