Abstract
Bobierre's doctoral theses were approved in the summer of 1858. The longer of the 2 theses is devoted to "Physics" and carries the subtitle "Electrochem. phenomena which characterize the alteration, in the sea, of alloys used to sheath ships". The subtitle of the shorter "Chem." thesis is "Observations relating to agriculture in the West of France". A no. of short accounts of agricultural chem. are given.
