Abstract
Research on race and gender are commonly
explored through the lens of critical race and
feminist theories.
Research Gap:
Many scholarly works have not explored the
lived experiences of marginalized individuals
through their information behavior.
Significance:
This conceptual work argues to extend the
scope of information behavior research to
overlooked contexts in the field of
information science
