Summaries of 14 monitoring sites (12 wetland mitigation sites/banks and two habitat hydrology monitoring sites) are included in this report. Each site summary contains a location map, a site map showing field instruments, and graphs and tables of data that were collected during the 2024-2025 monitoring year. Wetland mitigation site summaries provide, where appropriate, the estimated area satisfying wetland hydrology criteria, a table indicating whether individual well locations met wetland hydrology criteria, a table providing gauged surface-water levels that met wetland hydrology criteria, hydrographs from active wells and surface-water gauges, and graphs of local precipitation data for the period. Habitat hydrology monitoring site projects summarize water-quality data with the discussion and presentation of summary statistics. Locations of wetland mitigation and hydrologic monitoring sites are shown in Figure 1, and a list of site names is presented in Table 1. Also, a summary of areas meeting wetland hydrology criteria for each wetland mitigation site is provided in Table 2. Except where noted, all presented data included in this report are from September 1, 2024, through August 31, 2025, at IDOT’s request.
