Abstract
This report describes data collected in the nearshore zone of the Illinois waters of Lake Michigan through Federal Aid in Sportfish Restoration Project F-138-R from 2008 - 2016. It
provides information for the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) to better understand the factors contributing to observed patterns in nearshore fish community assemblages. The information presented herein expands limited available long-term data and is designed to directly aid fisheries management efforts in the Great Lakes.
