Abstract
Management of the Werner Company facility in Franklin Park, Illinois realized that something had to be done to reduce its waste stream from the water it discharges into the publicly owned treatment works (POTW). The company decided to contact the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center (ISTC) for technical assistance about pollution prevention technologies.
