Abstract
This manual was developed as a pilot project to develop a comprehensive pollution prevention manual for technical assistance programs in the primary metals sector. It was developed by staff of the Illinois Waste Management and Research Center and the Northeast Waste Management Officials' Association and was funded by a grant from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
